Depositing Bitcoin with the Lightning Network
- To deposit Bitcoin into your BtcTurk | Kripto account via the Lightning Network, first go to the “Funding” menu and select the “Deposit Cryptocurrency” option, then choose Bitcoin under the “Deposit” tab.
- Click on the “Network” tab.
- Select Lightning from the Bitcoin – Liquid – Lightning options.
- Enter the amount of Bitcoin you want to deposit into your BtcTurk | Kripto account. Make sure the amount is above the minimum deposit limit and below the maximum deposit limit.
- After entering the amount, click on the “Create Invoice” button.
- The address where you can send your Bitcoins over the Lightning Network to your BtcTurk | Kripto account will be displayed both as a QR code and a written invoice address.
- Use the buttons at the bottom of the screen to copy, save, or share the created address.
- Pay attention to the remaining usage time of the address created specifically for the user, displayed below the QR code. If the address is not used within the specified time, the process needs to be repeated to create a new address.
Withdrawing Bitcoin with the Lightning Network
- To transfer your Bitcoin assets from your BtcTurk | Kripto account to a different address via the Lightning Network, first go to the “Funding” menu and select the “Withdraw Cryptocurrency” option, then choose Bitcoin under the “Withdraw” tab.
- Click on the “Network” tab.
- Select Lightning from the Bitcoin – Liquid – Lightning options.
- Enter the invoice address where you want to send your Bitcoins in the “Invoice Number” field.
- After filling in the necessary information, click on the “Withdraw BTC” button.
- After checking the address and amount information regarding your Bitcoin withdrawal request once more, click on the “Confirm” button.
- The withdrawal process will begin once you approve the confirmation email sent to your registered email address at BtcTurk | Kripto.
